Tally Ben Shabat

As the Vice President of the Project Management Office at CYPFER, Tally Ben Shabat is leading a high performing team of Program Directors and Project Managers, while ensuring best-in-class quality service and customer satisfaction.

Tally has over 20 years of broad and extensive experience leading a variety of programs/projects under multiple industries and continents, leading business transformations and project delivery. 

Tally led large delivery organizations and built and led Project Management Office teams delivering a multimillion-dollar portfolio per year. Her strength is also facilitating collaboration and cooperation between different domains within the organization to evaluate and execute strategies and achieve business objectives.

Tally is also focusing on CYPFER process optimization by identifying necessary process improvements, establishing new methodologies, and enhancing existing processes.
