Mike Vamvakaris

Mike Vamvakaris leads CYPFER’s Global Channel and Vendor Strategy, bringing over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, managed services, and incident response. 

With a strong background in scaling cybersecurity programs for start-ups and multinational service providers, he plays a pivotal role in expanding CYPFER’s global partnerships and delivering recovery-led cybersecurity solutions that minimize downtime and business disruption.

Before joining CYPFER, Mike held leadership positions at CrowdStrike, TELUS, and MTS Allstream/Zayo, where he built and scaled cybersecurity consulting, managed security services, and strategic advisory portfolios. At CrowdStrike, he led the Canadian Incident Response and Strategic Advisory practice, equipping organizations with proactive and reactive defense strategies against sophisticated cyber threats.

A recognized industry expert, Mike is a frequent speaker, panelist, and contributor to executive roundtables and cybersecurity forums. He is passionate about empowering organizations to stay ahead of evolving threats, leveraging CYPFER’s global expertise, 24/7 response capabilities, and hands-on approach to cyber resilience.

At CYPFER, Mike is responsible for expanding and strengthening global channel partnerships, building strategic alliances, and driving vendor collaboration to enhance CYPFER’s industry-leading incident response, ransomware recovery, and proactive cybersecurity services. His leadership will be instrumental in scaling CYPFER’s partner ecosystem, ensuring clients and partners have access to best-in-class expertise, rapid response capabilities, and comprehensive cybersecurity solutions.
