Justin Black serves as Managing Director for Europe at CYPFER, where he leads the firm’s regional strategy, client engagement, and commercial operations across the Netherlands, and greater Europe.

He brings over 15 years of experience across technology, cybersecurity, compliance, and commercial leadership. Enabling him to transform visions of subject matter experts (SME’s) into true value-added client solutions. Connecting the dots between client challenges and SME’s to help organizations prepare, respond, and recover from cyber incidents.

Justin began his career in avionic electronic warfare with the United States Marine Corps before moving into cybersecurity roles in the Netherlands. Most recently, he led go-to-market execution and commercial strategy at KPMG’s Cyber & TechLaw practice in the Netherlands, supporting clients in highly regulated sectors including finance, insurance, and law.

At CYPFER, Justin focuses on aligning client needs with the firm’s deep technical capabilities -turning insight into action and ensuring that organizations are equipped to prepare for, respond to, and recover from even the most complex cyber events. His ability to connect subject matter experts with business stakeholders makes him a trusted partner during crisis and recovery.
