As the Vice President of the Project Management Office at CYPFER, Eva Paz Moncloa focuses on leading all projects and engagements, while ensuring CYPFER follows the best and most fitting methodologies and processes to ensure the most effective results for our clients.

Eva has a reputation for high quality and on-time delivery in challenging situations, which CYPFER clients demand and appreciate. Equally important, Eva also leads CYPFER’s Partner Incubation Center, a center of excellence for CYPFER’s regional partners across Canada, the US, and Europe.

Eva is an elite technology leader with more than 20 years of global experience working on 3 different continents: North America, South America, and Europe while leading diverse programs and large-scale implementations, service delivery for forensics, incident response, data classification, and enterprise-level technology migrations. She has led and had complete oversight of such programs and projects in both mid-size and enterprise-level global organizations such as Insurance carriers, banking/finance, and global technology integrators.

Eva’s strengths include project/program management; eDiscovery, software-as-a-service (SaaS); build-out and management; process improvement, troubleshooting, and monitoring. Eva has unique experience in motivating and training diverse technical and business teams combined with an inventive approach to problem-solving.
