Brendan Metrano

As Chief Financial Officer of CYPFER, Brendan Metrano leads the company’s global financial strategy –driving growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation across all regions.

A seasoned corporate finance executive, Brendan has helped build and transform high-performing finance organizations for multiple public companies, bringing deep expertise in investor relations, treasury, corporate development, and financial planning and analysis.

Before joining CYPFER, Brendan served as Corporate Vice President at NCR Atleos Corp, where he established and led the company’s Investor Relations and Treasury functions following its 2023 separation from legacy NCR Corp – contributing to more than 40% share price appreciation in Atleos’ first year as a public company. His prior leadership roles with Upbound Group, Western Union, and DHI Group further underscore his ability to drive financial discipline, transparency, and strategic alignment across global enterprises.

Brendan also brings over 20 years of capital markets experience, having worked in equity research, fixed income trading, and investment management with top-tier firms including Evercore, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and Fidelity Investments. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and is a CFA Charterholder.
