In response to recent reports associating Edward Dubrovsky with CYPFER, the company clarifies that Mr. Dubrovsky served as a Managing Director from May 2022 through December 2025, at which time he left the firm. Mr. Dubrovsky has had no affiliation, operational role or relationship with CYPFER since that time, and contrary to certain reporting, was never a founder or co-founder of the company.
