David Green is a seasoned technology and cybersecurity leader with three decades of cross-functional experience spanning technology operations, sales, and business leadership.

As Managing Director, Caribbean at CYPFER, he is responsible for expanding CYPFER’s presence across the region, driving strategic growth, and helping businesses strengthen their cybersecurity resilience.

Previously, David served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for two major Caribbean banks and held executive sales and leadership roles at three multinational technology firms. His extensive experience allows him to bridge the gap between executive decision-making and technical execution, making him a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders across the Caribbean, North America, and Europe.

A recognized speaker, author, and thought leader, David frequently presents at industry conferences, webinars, and seminars on topics such as cyber incident response, cyber risk management, and cyber resilience. He has authored numerous articles and most recently contributed to an ebook on the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), providing critical insights into regulatory compliance and cybersecurity best practices.
