Evgueni Erchov

Associate Vice President, Adversary Intelligence & Strategy

Evgueni Erchov is the Associate Vice President, Adversary Intelligence & Strategy at CYPFER, where he leads CYPFER’s global intelligence team in uncovering emerging threats, analyzing adversary tactics, and delivering actionable intelligence to strengthen cybersecurity resilience.

With over 25 years of experience, he specializes in cyber threat intelligence, ransomware defense, cybercrime investigations, and blockchain analytics. His expertise helps organizations stay ahead of emerging threats and implement best practices to mitigate cyber risks.

His background spans both federal and private sectors, where he has worked in IT security, application development, digital forensics, and cyber operations. He holds several industry-recognized certifications, including CISSP, DCITA Digital Media Collector (DMC) and Digital Forensics Examiner (DFE), ITILv3, U.S. Army Cyber Operations Planner (ACOP), and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Evgueni earned his Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Technologies from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute and an MBA with a concentration in IT Management from George Washington University. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Data Mining and Artificial Intelligence at George Mason University.

Erin Whitmore

Managing Director, Executive Risk and Strategic Intelligence

Erin Whitmore is the Managing Director, Executive Risk and Strategic Intelligence at CYPFER, where she drives strategic insight and executive engagement on global cyber risk. With more than 16 years of experience at the intersection of national security, cybersecurity, and enterprise risk, Erin brings deep operational expertise and proven leadership to the firm.

Prior to joining CYPFER, Erin served as Vice President and Global Head of Thought Leadership at Aon’s Cyber Solutions. There, she built and led a global thought leadership program focused on translating cyber threats into actionable strategies for clients across sectors including private equity, critical infrastructure, and financial services.

Erin finished her government career as a case officer with the Central Intelligence Agency as well as served in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. She supported the U.S. National Security Council on cyber threats, led Human Intelligence (HUMINT) operations, and managed crisis evacuations in active conflict zones. Her subject matter expertise spans nation-state threats, insider risk, social engineering, and geopolitical cyber disruption.

She is also an experienced analyst relations strategist, having secured top-tier placements in Gartner and Forrester reports and elevated the market visibility of global cybersecurity brands.
